Rick Fogg: I am encouraged by the apparent level of collective self-awareness, and undoubtedly modeled leadership, necessary to sustain the cycle in an organization like this against the threats of busyness, reluctance of some, and laziness of most.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed this quote from Randall K. Murphy: "We have come to regard 4MAT as a lens through which to view our process of working together, as well as the product of our work." I also enjoyed the following pages that showed how each quadrant is vital in the life of an organization, and how they assist in different aspects of the business/work.
