HOW SUITABLE IS 4MAT FOR THE CORPORATE WORLD?
Rick Fogg: 4MAT design is quite suitable to the corporate world provided an organization can frame itself as a learning body and not a working machine.
ReplyDeleteI think the 4MAT is well suited for organizations in the corporate world who strive to achieve diversity in thought and want to have a well rounded team of individuals. The 4MAT highlights our differences, while showing the value in those areas of difference and how our organizations can be stronger because of them.
ReplyDeleteI think the 4MAT is well suited for the corporate world, especially those who are in growth phases and have the desire to get better (which should be all organizations but sadly isn't).
ReplyDeleteI wonder if there is a way to take these pages from the book and create some kind of check list as a regular temperature check for organizations. How often should these questions be asked? always? annually? What is the best use for them for new projects. They seem vital to many aspects of a company.
